How LabScheduler Works

 2 Create a Rotation

After you have added your resource information to the LabScheduler database, you will specify a Rotation, or a pattern that reflects which workstations are typically “up” on which days, and which people are usually available to work on which days.

When you apply the Rotation, LabScheduler uses this information to create a schedule that best fits this pattern while still maintaining maximum workstation coverage. The Rotation is saved for future use, but it may be edited at any time to accommodate the changing needs of the laboratory.
